Abstract

Investigations have been carried out aiming at reaching the best method for enzymatic activity measurements, with use of fluorogenic model substrates. Absorption and emission spectra have been determined. It has been found out that the fluorescence intensity does not depend on the length of the excitation wave. The findings cover the influence of temperature, pH, and HgCl2 have on the fluorescence.
