Abstract
The paper presents a naturalistic study (geomorphology, soils, biocenosis) concerning two of the five selected wetland areas and marshes in the Wolin Island. The wetlands and marshes of the Przytorska Spit and of the islands of the retrograde delta of the Swina River, as well as wetlands and marshes within the Warnowsko-Kolczewskie Lakeland. The study indicated considerable diversity of these areas as regards biotopes and biodiveristy.
